We only collect identification, contact, and professional or tax context information that users voluntarily provide through our contact forms or direct email communications. This information is used exclusively to answer inquiries, prepare preliminary feasibility assessments, and coordinate your relocation or corporate setup with our vetted legal and tax partners in Panama.

The legal basis for processing your personal data is your explicit consent when submitting an inquiry and the execution of pre-contractual measures at your request (Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR and Panama Law 81). Given the financial and tax nature of our advisory work, all information is handled under strict confidentiality protocols.

PanamaWay never sells, rents, or trades personal data with third parties. Only when requested by the client to execute legal, immigration (SNM), tax (DGI), or banking procedures in Panama, strictly necessary data may be shared with our accredited partner law firms and tax specialists in Panama under professional secrecy.

Personal data will be retained only for the time required to fulfill your inquiry or professional engagement, and subsequently for the statutory periods required by applicable regulations during 2026 and subsequent fiscal years.
